Programs, not parties.
Deep-dive experiential marketing case studies, each documented as a system: the business problem, the machine we built to solve it, and the numbers it produced.
A Web3 gaming platform generating 391 organic leads a year needed to become the center of gravity for blockchain gaming — and needed events to pay for themselves.
System
A full experiential engine: the Stardust Lounge anchoring GDC two years running, GAME ON and LOOT DROP tournaments capturing developer data, a trading-card bar launching product in Köln, ABM roadshows co-hosted with sales, and advocacy roundtables producing Voice of the Customer reports. Sponsorship deals negotiated across Germany, Singapore, London, San Francisco, and New York funded the machine.
Result
74× lead growth in one year — 7,324 qualified leads vs. 391 organic. Client portfolio grew from 3 to 70 with near-100% event attendance. Roadshows lifted target-account engagement 25%; roundtables drove six-figure post-event pipeline. Sponsorships covered up to 75% of event costs.

Case 02 · Flagship Conference & Talent Engine
ThoughtWorks: ParadigmShift and the 645-hire machine
A global consultancy needed North America events to do three jobs at once: win C-level buyers, recruit elite technologists in a brutal talent market, and keep them.
System
ParadigmShift, a flagship C-level conference in a new city every year — Toronto, NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, New Orleans — built from local culture, down to a commissioned score at the New World Center. Underneath it: recruitment event programs across 7 regional offices, annual retreats for 800 staff, and Marketo nurture streams tied to every event touchpoint.
Result
645 hires and a 4% attrition reduction across 7 offices. ParadigmShift earned a 96% “excellent” attendee rating while events drove ~400 inbound leads annually, an 18% lift in lead conversion, and contributed to 20% revenue growth.

Case 03 · Health Tech Growth & Earned Media
Isaac Health: 400% client growth and national press
A brain-health company launching a dementia detection platform alongside a $5.7M raise needed brand visibility, patient acquisition, and credibility — simultaneously.
System
A cross-functional in-house and freelance team producing multimedia content, webinars, and immersive events; media relations engineered for national coverage; and a data-driven funnel optimization model built for durable conversion, not spikes.
Result
400% client-base growth yielding seven-figure results, with 70% of clients still engaged after six months. Earned coverage in The New York Times, NPR, CNN, and Bloomberg.
